Who operates this website

This website is operated by SharkNet Telecom Pvt. Ltd., as SharkNet Licensed ISP, from AA Commercial, Sector D, Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab 53720, Pakistan. SharkNet publishes services for businesses in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bahrain and Canada. This notice applies to website visitors and people who contact SharkNet through this website, wherever they are located.

Information submitted

The business request form can collect a name, business email address, phone number, company or site name, selected service interests, and request details. Do not include passwords, access tokens, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

When the form is used, the website also processes limited technical information needed for security and delivery, including the request time, network address, browser request data and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token. The rate limiter stores only a one-way hash of the network address, not the address itself.

How the information is used

SharkNet uses submitted information to review and respond to an inquiry, discuss requested services, maintain an appropriate business record, protect the form from abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. The information is not used by this website for automated decision-making or sold for advertising.

Form verification

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information under its own privacy terms. The site’s rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes. The current website does not include analytics, advertising pixels or marketing-cookie code.

Service providers and external services

Website inquiries are processed on SharkNet’s web and email infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the form-verification service. If you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp/Meta will process information under its own terms. SharkNet may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. SharkNet does not authorize these providers to use inquiry information for SharkNet advertising.

Retention

Form rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes. Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the request, maintain a relevant business record, handle a resulting customer relationship, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Because those needs depend on the inquiry and the country involved, SharkNet does not apply one fixed period to every message. When the information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized through the applicable email and business-record processes.

International handling

SharkNet operates and offers services across more than one country. Website information may therefore be handled in Pakistan and in a country where the requested service is evaluated or delivered. SharkNet limits this handling to the purposes described above and applies the requirements of applicable privacy law.

You may ask SharkNet to confirm whether it holds your website inquiry, provide a copy, correct inaccurate information or delete information that is no longer required, subject to applicable law.
