Discovery covers the installation address, building access, available last-mile technologies, required bandwidth, public or static IP needs, critical applications, expected user load, failover, router ownership, and handoff to the customer network.
The proposal identifies the access method, equipment, installation work, activation dependencies, monitoring, maintenance boundaries, support route, service-level options, and charges. Availability, installation date, latency, uptime, repair targets, and backup-path independence are not promised until the selected carrier and written scope confirm them.
